☆♥*♥☆ Love ~ TNO 2003 ☆♥*♥☆

by Lorraine Valente

Hi Cosmic Cohorts!

According to Wikipedia, the New Encyclopedia, a trans-Neptunian object (TNO; also written transneptunian object) is any minor planet in the Solar System that orbits the Sun at a greater distance on average than Neptune. The Kuiper belt, scattered disk, and Oort cloud are three divisions of this volume of space.

The first trans-Neptunian object to be discovered was Pluto♇ in 1930. It took more than 60 years to discover, in 1992, a second trans-Neptunian object, (15760) 1992 QB1, with only the discovery of Pluto's moon Charon before that in 1978. Since then however, over 1,000 trans-Neptunian objects have been discovered, differing in sizes, orbits, and surface composition. 198 of these (as of November, 2009) have their orbit well enough determined that they are given a permanent minor planet designation. The largest known trans-Neptunian objects are Pluto♇ and Eris, followed by Makemake and Haumea. To read more about NTO's click here: Trans-Neptunian Objects

TNO 2003 MW12 Love #174567 was discovered on June 21, 2003, 6:33pm, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  The Sun☀ was at 29° degrees Gemini, the same degree as our December 21, 2010, Total Lunar Eclipse.  In this chart, Venus is conjunct Mercuryin Gemini♊, both out-of-bounds (OOB), ruling the discovery charts Ascendant, 14° degrees Libra♎.  An upcoming New Moon on April 3rd, 2011 will illuminate this charts descendant, along with firey Mars.  I'll save discussion on the April 3rd New Moon for a later date.  On June 21, Love's Anniversary, the Sun changes signs for the Summer Solstice/Midsummer in the northern hemisphere, depending on which part of the Globe you reside.

Also on the discovery day, Venus was out-of-bounds (OOB) trining Neptune, opposing Pluto, and sextiling Jupiter.  She connected to the Moon with a creative quintile, while drawing energy from her contraparallel to karmic SaturnVenus trine Neptune is ultra sensitive, gentle, loving, musical, creative, and compassionate; opposite Pluto, unconscious patterns of fear and/or control in love along with a passionate love nature; sextile Jupiter, a generous disposition; quintile the Moon magnetic emotional receptiveness, and heightened intuition.

Love is all you need..."  ~ Beatles

In the news on that date, June, 21, 2003, Priests criticized gay cleryman, a runaway train injured many in Los Angeles, an Autism conference addressed family concerns, and so much more.  Click for more 2003 news:  ABC News Headlines.  The Chicago Tribune posted an article about Internet Cafe's offering more than just "web". Venus, socializing, conjunct Mercuryin Gemini, importance of communication, guiding the chart. No doubt a proliferation in Internet matchmaking and dating sites. Click here for that article: Internet Cafe's. China's largest designated Sever Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) hospital closed the day prior, discharging its final patients.

Discovery charts are fascinating; Mundane events mirror the nature of the planet or asteroid discovered.  I've been unable to locate an Emphemeris that contains TNO Love.  If anyone locates it, I'd love to know. However, Asteroid Lova is currently transiting 3°Capricorn. Where does "Lova" fall in your chart?
